  2. On 5-29-2021 I ordered a medium well ribeye cub side pickup. Got home only to find it was total burned up and hard as a rock. I was told that they would replace it, yet when I arrived for the replacement it didn’t happen. I asked for a refund only to be told after 40 min. wait time that they were unable to put it back on my debit card so after such a long wait I left without my food nor a refund. This is the second time I have ordered a ribeye dinner cub side only to find a burned up steak which I know they wouldn’t serve to a dine in customer. Hopefully today 5-30-2021, I will be able to finally get my refund return. What a horrible experience.
